Telemetry
Normalizes cell tower, BTS shelter, and fiber node telemetry into unified TM Forum and ITU-T digital twins. A 5,000-site estate maps in under an hour.
Alarms
Suppresses cascading alarm storms during regional grid outages and backhaul drops, and isolates the true root-cause site failures underneath.
Power
Models each site's backup runway and flags the ones that will not survive an extended grid failure, before the grid fails.
Optical
Catches micro-bends, connector fouling, and transceiver degradation while the link is still carrying traffic.
Workflow
Translates site diagnostics into tickets that arrive with site access codes, GPS coordinates, and the spare components the job needs.
In the field
PowerTowerTwin streams AC mains and rectifier states across the affected sector. OutageTriage filters 2,500+ low-voltage and loss-of-mains alarms down to the real generator and rectifier failures. PowerGuard models each battery's runway against live traffic and advises which spectrum to shed — C-band down, 700MHz emergency coverage kept. NOCBridge sends mobile generators only to the sites that need them.
FiberTowerTwin watches optical power and transceiver diagnostics. FiberDrift correlates the attenuation trend with OTDR traces and finds a micro-bend 3.2 km from the central office, before any frame loss. Non-latency-sensitive traffic reroutes to the secondary ring; NOCBridge opens a repair ticket carrying the exact distance marker and patch panel port.
ThermalTowerTwin streams shelter temperature, ambient air, and compressor current. PowerGuard reads an 18% amperage spike against a falling cooling rate and diagnoses condenser coil fouling 10 days before thermal shutoff. Setpoints ease during off-peak hours, the redundant unit cycles in, and NOCBridge books the coil cleaning at a weekday rate instead of a weekend emergency one.
