A regional blackout hits a hundred towers at once.

TowerTwin streams AC mains and rectifier states across the affected sector. OutageTriage filters 2,500+ low-voltage and loss-of-mains alarms down to the real generator and rectifier failures. PowerGuard models each battery's runway against live traffic and advises which spectrum to shed — C-band down, 700MHz emergency coverage kept. NOCBridge sends mobile generators only to the sites that need them.

TowerTwin watches optical power and transceiver diagnostics. FiberDrift correlates the attenuation trend with OTDR traces and finds a micro-bend 3.2 km from the central office, before any frame loss.
